Mcad provide various levels of detailed plans to suit the client with a silver and gold service. The main focus in this area of floor Plan draughting is for high class Estate Agents and Property Developers.

For Estate Agents we would recommend our Silver Service where an Mcad Technician will visit the Property and create a detailed sketch including room sizes, dimensions, windows, and permanent utilities. These plans can be output to our client as a detailed Autocad drawing file or any file type to aid the printing process for brochures and advertisement for the property. Our high value plans have many positive outcomes for your business including:
